Leadership Team
Anil Kumar Krishna
Director & Founding Partner
Anil is a Director and Founding Partner of VERIS with over 15 years of experience in corporate security, background screening, and risk management. He began his career with JP Morgan Chase Bank’s Global Corporate Security Department, where he was exposed to a broad range of corporate security functions including employee screening, investigations, executive protection, crisis management, and contingency planning. Since co-founding VERIS in 2010, Anil has been actively involved in setting the firm’s strategic direction and supporting regional operations across Southeast Asia. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree along with a Diploma in Law.
Krzysztof Berkieta
Director & Founding Partner
Krzys is a Director and Founding Partner of VERIS with more than 15 years of experience in security risk management and advisory services. His professional background includes threat and vulnerability assessments, security audits, protective services, and crisis management support for private-sector and donor-funded projects. He has worked extensively in complex and high-risk environments and brings strong analytical and operational insight to security and risk engagements. Krzys is currently based in Indonesia, is bilingual in English and Polish, and has working knowledge of French and Indonesian. He holds a Master of Science degree and is a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist.
Dennis Lim
Head of Due Diligence
Dennis is the Head of Due Diligence at VERIS, with extensive experience in intelligence, investigative research, and security consulting. He began his career as an intelligence specialist with the Singapore Armed Forces before transitioning to the private sector, joining Saint Security Services and subsequently VERIS in 2011. At VERIS, Dennis leads due diligence and investigative engagements, managing teams of analysts and regional partners across Southeast Asia. His work includes integrity checks, commercial investigations, and risk assessments for corporate and institutional clients. He also serves as a retained Security Manager for the Singapore Grand Prix, overseeing large-scale security operations.
Naseer Bhat
Head of PSS Operations
Naseer is the Head of PSS Operations at VERIS, bringing over a decade of experience in global background screening and operational leadership. He oversees the end-to-end delivery of verification services and is responsible for managing international screening operations, service quality, and performance standards across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining VERIS, Naseer held senior roles with leading global screening organisations including Verifacts Services, Veremark, First Advantage, and HireRight. He holds an MBA in Business Analytics and is a certified ISO Internal Auditor, combining operational expertise with strong analytical capability.
Eliza Milano Pandia
Senior Case Analyst -Client Relationship
Eliza joined VERIS in 2015 and serves as one of two Senior Case Analysts who manage screening operations. She processes new requests from clients and delegates tasks to VERIS’ team of analysts, researchers and field researchers. Eliza began her career as a Junior Researcher and was quickly promoted to Case Analyst. During this time, she conducted credential and integrity checks for pre-employment screening and was also seconded to the due diligence team, where she gained expertise in preparing KYC and investigative reports for financial institutions. Eliza also plays an important role as the key point of contact for client relationship matters related to screening, from organizing meetings with clients, participating in tenders and contractual and service arrangements. Eliza speaks fluent English and Indonesian and has a Bachelor of Business Management from Telkom University.
Siti Nurbaya
Senior Case Analyst -Quality Control
After completing her bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering at Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN in September 2013, Siti started her career with VERIS in March 2014 as a Junior Research Analyst. She has specialized in the field of pre-employment screening and has progressed rapidly, assuming the role of Senior Case Analyst (Quality Control) in October 2016 – a role formerly held by an expatriate consultant. Siti has a wealth of experience leading pre-employment screening projects; from C- level hires for major Indonesian corporations and MNCs. She has led projects where our clients requested retrospective screening on hundreds of employees against tight deadlines. Siti mentors research analysts and case analysts and ensures that reports meet both VERIS standards and client requirements. Aside from her main role, Siti also supports the Finance Department by providing data for invoicing every month.
Intan Lestari
Research Analyst - Due Diligence & Research
Intan Lestari began her career at PT VERIS in 2016 within the PSS division and transitioned to the Due Diligence division in 2021, She is a researcher with extensive experience in corporate investigations, compliance checks, and background research. She has handled numerous desktop and field-based assignments, including litigation and insolvency searches, regulatory and sanctions screening, and discreet site visits across various industries in Indonesia.
