Know who you're really dealing with.

A clean profile is not the same as a clean counterparty. When you are asked to approve, onboard, appoint, fund or proceed, VERIS establishes who is really in front of you, and what you may be missing.

Frequently asked questions

AI tools are a useful starting point. Veris corroborates what they surface against primary sources, registries and databases; adds what AI cannot reach through ground truthing and human-source enquiries; and stands behind its findings in front of boards, regulators and courts. Client information is never entered into public AI tools.

Our investigations are conducted discreetly and lawfully. Depending on the nature of the assignment, subjects are generally not contacted unless the scope specifically requires direct engagement.

Standard due diligence assignments are usually completed within 5–10 business days. More complex investigations involving multiple jurisdictions or human-source enquiries may require additional time.
